No pool is created the same, and therefore we cannot quote you a price until your pool has been evaluated...size, surrounding landscape, and your pool equipment are all considered.

Full Service Care:

• Test water for chemical balance
• Scrub tile
• Supply chlorine and acid
• Check and/or adjust time clocks
• Backwash filters and recharge with DE
• Light and/or adjust heaters
• Clean skimmer and/or pump baskets
• Brush walls and bottom
• Vacuum pools and spas
• Report any malfunctions

Periodic Service Requirements:

At additional costs, the following periodic maintenance is provided:

• Filter teardown (disassemble, clean, and reassembly), required as necessary (generally done 2-4 times yearly).
• Drain and acid wash pools and spas, recommended every two to four years.

It is our usual practice to automatically bill you for periodic services such as filter teardowns as well as other minor services and repair, i.e., pump/skimmer baskets, o-rings, specialty chemicals, DE, etc. When there is a need for more costly repairs or services, we will always inform you and provide quotes (if requested) before proceeding.

Repairs:

We are fully trained and capable of providing any repair service your pool and equipment may require. When written estimates are necessary, we will proceed only upon the customer's approval and authorization.

Terms:
The month's billing is sent out during the first week of each month and is due on or before the last day of the month. Late payments are subject to a penalty, unless prior arrangements are made and agreed to.
